Using Artificial Intelligence in the workplace

Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems are changing workplaces. AI have the potential to improve workplaces, but ensuring trustworthy use of in workplace means addressing ethical risks it can raise. This paper reviews possible terms human rights (privacy, fairness, agency and dignity); transparency explainability; robustness, safety security; accountability. The also ongoing policy action promote workplace. Existing legislation ensure workplaces must be enforced effectively, serve as foundation for new policy. Economy- society-wide initiatives on AI, such EU Act standard-setting, play a role. New workplace-specific measures collective agreements help fill remaining gaps.
